Pan India Shipping 

​

1) Shipping Rate is based on product quantity and location. 

2) Shipping Rate is different for Kolkata and Rest of India. The selection can be made during Checkout. 

3) Upon confirmation of order through full payment, a product will take around 15-20days to be ready and dispatched.

4) Our Courier partners will attempt to deliver twice before the parcel is returned to us. Please make sure to fill in complete address, along with correct Contact details, Pin Code and landmark(if any). 

5) If a parcel is returned to us, shipping rates may vary for rebooking the shipment and the difference needs to be beared from customer end. 

6) Shipping will be delivered to the specified address and no alteration of route will be possible. 

​7) Delivery can be expected from 4-10days from the date of Shipping. We do the shipping through our third-party partners. Tracking details are shared with shipping confirmation.

International Shipping 

Considering the nature and shorter shelf-life of our products, we haven't started the international shipment yet.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

​

1) Considering the nature and hygience of our products, we do not provide returns or exchange. 

2) If any wrong/defective product has been delivered, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the order, at snato.foru@gmail.com

3) We will be able to provide refund of the amount only if we receive appropriate pictures of the products. We will process the refund after proper verification of the pictures and the order details. Please keep the Order No. handy for quicker processing of the refund.Once confirmed, refund will be processed within 7 business days and the actual credit will depend on respective recipient bank. 

4) Once the order is placed, there will be no cancellation allowed.
